What is micropigmentation?

Micropigmentation is a form of cosmetic tattooing that uses a fine needle to gently place pigment into the upper layers of the skin, giving soft, natural results. This technique uses pigments designed to fade gradually over time. The goal is to enhance your natural features.

Do I need a patch test?

For permanent make-up your patch test will be conducted in the consultation appointment. You will need a new patch test if you have any medical history changes, new medication etc. or if 6 months has passed since your last patch test.  

What is your cancellation policy?

A £50 non-refundable booking fee is taken when you make your appointment. Cancellation / rescheduling is free provided you give at least one-week's notice should you wish to cancel / reschedule. The booking fee will not be refunded but can be transferred only once to a future appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling within a week of your appointment will require a new booking fee if you wish to make a future appointment.  

What do I need to do before my permanent make-up appointment?

Please avoid drinking alcohol within 48-hours of your permanent make-up appointment and absolutely no caffeine on the day of your appointment. Please ensure your face is clean and free of make-up. Lip blush: If you suffer from coldsores you will need to have started a course of anti-coldsore medication a few days prior to your appointment. This will be explained in detail at your consultation appointment. 

What are the aftercare steps for my permanent make-up procedure?

You will leave your appointment with full aftercare products and information which will be explained to you in your appointment. The main thing is keeping the area clean, dry and nourished. Aftercare is absolutely vital for best possible results. 

How many sessions/treatments will I need?

For permanent make-up on any area you will have two appointments included. The initial appointment and a 'perfecting' appointment approximately 8-weeks later.
